This is a beautifully written series of meditations on the exceeding excellences of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Composed nearly a thousand years before the scourge of Protestantism, it is unapologetic in praise of the perfections of the Holy Mother of God, and our mother and advocate. An excellent aid to launch mental prayer.

This is a very moving and poetical collection of meditations on Our Lady;s perfections, none of them very long, and all of them springing up from what can only be a sincere and true love of the Blessed Virgin. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a deep dive into contemplation of the Blessed Virgin.
