Clear Cut, Easy to implement, Kid Friendly, Affordable
I really like TAN's CCE. The memory work is very doable. For example, the history is only one sentence long, and it is sung. All of the information is short and concise. I like how grammar is included, and the pace of math is just right for my older kids. I love that the audio is a download. Each 'memory verse' is done in a different voice. Keeps things interesting. Overall, I am really enjoying this purchase. It is better than CCM that I was using. Much more user friendly. I feel like the history portion correlates very well with the TAN history we are using. I have 7 kids, 5 of which are school aged, ages 5-12. Two of them have learning disabilities. The maps are included in the book. They work great for a reference. If I need a bigger map, I have some laminated ones I got from rainbow resource (carson dellosa) as well as from Michael's for the kids to share. Honestly, I feel like the younger kids will not memorize the geography anyways, and I will mainly cover this topic with my older kids. Perfect enrichment. Exactly what I am looking for.

Small but mighty
This book is much smaller than I anticipated, but now that I actually have it in hand its actually a great selling point! I planned on keeping this at the table to go over during meal times, so a smaller book to store will be nice. The example pages are a great representation of what is included for each week. Overall a great purchase
