Therese, a lifelong Catholic and native South Dakotan, has published articles in Deacon's Digest, a national deacon's magazine. She has written numerous articles for the permanent deacons newsletter in the Charlotte diocese. Therese enjoys writing articles about her work experiences and the interesting people she has met. She looks to both inspire and challenge people with her writing and offer a new perspective. Therese also enjoys singing, volunteering at the airport, and reading. She met her husband Kevin while they were in the military serving as musicians. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband who is a Charlotte native, a permanent deacon, a certified spiritual director, and an airport chaplain.
