The Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer (CSsR), commonly known as the Redemptorists, is an international Catholic religious community of priests and brothers. St. Alphonsus Liguori established the order in Scala, Italy, to care for poor, rural communities near Naples. Present in more than 100 countries, the Redemptorists continue their core mission of pastoral outreach and evangelization.
