Fr. Gabriel Mary Fiore is a religious priest of the Congregation of Saint John and professor of theology at the Angelicum University. He teaches Christian spirituality in Rome and at other institutes of religious formation throughout the world. He is the author of Spirituality in John’s Gospel (2023), editor of Horizons in Johannine Spirituality, vol.1 (2025) and several academic and popular articles. Fr. Gabriel Mary Fiore is a religious order priest of the Congregation of Saint John. He has served the Church as campus minister, parish pastor, spiritual director, and formator for seminarians and religious. Having taught philosophy and theology for religious institutes before joining the faculty at the Angelicum University, he has been teaching spirituality theology there since 2020. By his community charism, Fr. Gabriel Mary has embraced the gift and call to follow Christ in the footsteps of saint John, ‘beloved disciple’ and ‘theologian’. His areas of academic research include the Johannine writings and tradition, biblical spirituality, patristic spirituality, and spiritual growth.
