TAN Library Giveaway

Promotion Period:

Eligibility: 

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of TAN Books, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Entry Method 1 — Email Sign-Up (1 entry):

Submit your email address through the official giveaway entry form at https://tanbooks.com/tan-library-giveaway/. You will receive one (1) entry upon successful submission. By entering your email, you agree to receive marketing emails from TAN Books. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Entry Method 2 — Follow & Tag (1 additional entry): 

Follow @tanbooks on Instagram and tag two (2) friends in the comments of the official giveaway post. You will receive one (1) additional entry. Entries from this method will be verified manually from the giveaway post comments at the time of the drawing. The Instagram account used must be a legitimate personal account (no giveaway or spam accounts). Tagged friends must be real individuals.

Maximum Entries: Two (2) entries per person, regardless of method. Multiple email submissions from the same person do not increase entries.

One (1) winner will receive the complete TAN Catholic Library, consisting of:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,400. Prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner's US address. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. TAN Books reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed item becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. The drawing will be conducted live on video. The winner will be notified by email within thirty (30) minutes of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries.

Consolation Offer

All entrants will receive a special consolation offer by email after the drawing — an exclusive discount on select TAN titles, available for a limited time. The consolation offer has no cash value and is subject to availability.

General Conditions

TAN Books reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless TAN Books, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

By entering, the winner consents to the use of their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes in TAN Books' marketing channels without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entrants agree that TAN Books is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable email entries.

Personal information collected during entry (email address) will be used by TAN Books for marketing purposes in accordance with the TAN Books Privacy Policy.
