How to Get Started
Initial Steps
- Download the TAN Digital App from the App Store or Google Play
- Tap the Account button on the bottom right
- Tap Sign In to log in to your existing account
- [or] tap Register to create a new account
- Navigate back to the app and log in with the same email/password you registered with*
*This step ensures your past or future subscription is connected to your account
Subscribe
- Once logged in, tap any of the book titles on the home screen
- Tap the Buy/Subscribe button below the book title
- A window with three different purchasing options will appear
- Buy - Purchase and own this or any other title individually
- Yearly - Subscribe to an annual Starter or Unlimited Plan
- Monthly = Subscribe to a monthly Starter or Unlimited Plan
- Select your preferred purchasing option*
- Complete the payment process (opens in browser window)
*Please note that some titles are only available via Unlimited Plan or invididual purchase. For these titles, the Starter Plan will not display as one of the buying options.
Start Enjoying TAN Digital
- Once you complete the payment process, you may open the app and will see all content available in your subscripton unlocked
- Your subscription will sync across all devices as long as you're logged in with the same account
- Depending on your device, you may need to force close and relaunch the app so the titles are unlocked
Troubleshooting
Avoid Double Subscriptions
Some Android users have accidentally subscribed twice. To prevent this:
- Always log in before subscribing to a paid plan.
- If you subscribed but don't see your content, simply log in and your plan will unlock.
- Don't create a second account with a different email. One subscription = One account.
Already Subscribed?
- Just log in with your existing account to restore your subscription.
- If you're not seeing the books unlocked based on your subscription level, force close the app and relaunch.
