About:

We know Homeschooling can be hard or overwhelming. Because of this TAN Academy keeps on staff experienced homeschooling parents and teachers who can offer support and advice to respond directly to your questions and concerns. To do this parents may schedule five (5) 30-minute sessions per student as needed throughout the year. You decide when you want a consultation, and we respond. Even if you find homeschooling easy and you are an experienced homeschooling parent, maybe you just want a little guidance about a specific program, are curious how to pace one of our courses, or want to get some extra study ideas for your student. Whatever the reason you want guidance, we’re here to help you discover the joy of learning and achieving your educational goals. Whether you are a veteran or a newcomer to homeschooling TAN Academy’s counseling service is here for you!

Instructions: 

We have an experienced homeschool moms on staff who are here to help you. You will find a schedule with a sign up box by each coach. Just select an available time and date from that box then answer the questions regarding what you would like to discuss. Once that is done you are signed up for a session, it’s that simple. Your selected counselor will reach out and meet with you on the day you have chosen.

Bios

Krista Thomas

Krista Thomas is married with three daughters and is a veteran in Catholic homeschool education. Over the years, her experience includes teaching, developing curriculum content, academic coaching, and speaking at various Catholic homeschool conferences. She empowers parents to homeschool with excellence and purpose in light of our Catholic faith. She received her Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.

 

Lisa Clark

Lisa Clark is the mother of nine children. Five of her children have gone on to college, while three are currently being homeschooled. Lisa graduated from Christendom College in 1990 with a degree in English Literature. She worked for four years as a home school consultant for Seton Home Study School. She lives with her husband, John, and her family in central Florida.
