It contains wonderful morning prayers, a practical rule of life for Christians, and 31 days of 3 meditations per day as well as the fruit to be derived from each meditation and an example from the lives of the saints. In addition to this it has a method for devoutly assisting at Holy Mass (which works well in the Latin Mass but is not really possible in the Novus Ordo), a wonderful guide for going to confession (which includes instructions, motives for contrition, and various prayers), and very beautiful prayers for before and after Holy Communion. It also has the stations of the cross and some other devotionals. The entirety of this book has a focus on devotion to our Crucified Lord and is extremely profitable for leaving sin and growing in sanctity. Overall I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to grow in love for Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary as well as overcome any sins they struggle with. I hope TAN releases a leatherbound of this book as that would be really great.
