      Seriously Amazing!

I was floored by this book! I hesitated to get it for a long time, but after I actually had the opportunity to cuddle with my little ones and read it, I was seriously amazed at its quality, profundity, and beauty! It brings religious life.. well, to LIFE! It is an interactive book too, so it is not boring or only about prayer. I have a daughter who wants to be a nun and it was the perfect way to nurture that beautiful desire growing in her heart. All Catholic moms should get one of these!

      Lovely interactive story for kids

My boys enjoy this "day in a life" peek into a contemplative monastery, and I have learned from it too! The friendly narration keeps kids engaged by asking them questions or prompting interaction with the illustrations. This sweet book is a staple in our "church bag" of quiet Mass activities.

      Interactive and Captivating

Just read this book to my daughters (5 and 3 years old) for the first time tonight and they were so absorbed by Sister Clare and her daily routine. They learned that Sister Clare had many interests in common with them, like enjoying prayer, playing and talking with friends, and nap time! The interactive questions really were a hit and engaged their minds and hearts. Highly recommend! It’s a fun and informative read for adults too!

My 7-year-old absolutely loved getting a “sneak peek” inside the life of a Dominican nun (and I did too!) Will definitely be ordering a second copy as a gift for our Goddaughtet.

A Delightful Book for Little Girls

Posted by Cynthia B. on Oct 23rd 2023

Beautiful pictures, very interactive. I gave it to a 4-year-old, little girl, who had earlier declared, "I don't want to be a nun." She and her mom both loved it! Who knows if this won't be the first seed of her vocation?

This was such a sweet and simple book. I love that it lets you “peek inside” the life of a Dominican nun! My 7-year-old read it and loved it as well. I really like that I’m able to expose her to religious life at such a young age.
