I highly recommend this book to all women, especially young adult. Very inspirational and a wonder book to hand down to daughters.

This manual has compiled a good variety of meditations for women. Can be used before Mass or for a Holy Hour. Would make a nice Confirmation gift. The leatherette editions make them special when gifted.
