Gold Foil Came Off Quickly
While I do like the large print of this particular bible, the gold leaf/foil on the cover and edge has completely come off. Additionally, there is a big ink blob on one page's text block. I hope future printings have better quality control.

Douay-Rheims large print Bible
Not as large of print as I was expecting, I still need to use a magnifying glass. But aside from that issue, I love the Bible. I have been wanting the Douay-Rheims version for years.

Large Print Douay-Rheims Bible
This is a welcome edition of the classic DRB. It is well made and looks good on the shelf. I always appreciated the old paperback version (which for years was the "only game in town"), but I wore out multiple copies. This one is not only more aesthetically pleasing, but built to last. I especially like finally having a "red letter" edition of my favorite version of the Holy Scriptures. Recommended. Now all we need is a GIANT Print Edition (hint, hint).

Holy Bible
I like the Bible very much BUT, it is definitely NOT large print. While it's not quite as small as my old 1944 Reims Douay Bible, it's still much smaller than I expected. Since the description said LARGE print, I expected it to be large and easier for me to read. You definitely need to remove "large print" from the description!

Nice Bible, but it wasn't what I wanted. The print size is the same as my Great Adventure Bible. I was looking for a Bible with larger font.

Love the DRB, this is a beautiful version of it, my only complaint is the formatting on the first page of 1 Timothy is different than the rest of the book.

Holy Bible (Douay-Rheims)
This large print edition is absolutely beautiful and so easily read. The red highlighted areas of Our Lords words makes following His teachings more accessible. In my humble opinion the ONLY Bible worth reading is the Douay-Rheims, which is the faithful translation into English of the Latin Vulgate Bible which St. Jerome translated into Latin from the various languages (242-420 AD).
