Beautiful St. Benedict Book!
I must say this is a lovely book! Katie sweetly weaves the life of St. Benedict with quotes from his Rule in a most natural way. The illustrations are beautifully drawn by Leah Ballard and fully complement the text. If you have a contemplative young one who could use a good introduction to St. Benedict, I’d highly recommend this book!

Perfect book for children to set up their own "rule of life"
Our little loves and I have enjoyed snuggling up together and reading this beautiful new book. While Saint Benedict lived centuries before us, his “little rule for beginners” is still applicable today, if not more so! This book has inspired us to create our own ‘rule of life’ for ourselves and our family. This is a must read for a wide range of ages as our 10, 6, 5 and 2-year olds have loved reading it or having it read to them.
