100 Holy Hours for Women
Published by TAN Books
Overview
Christ waits for us daily in the Eucharist, yet the noise and distractions of modern life often keep us at a distance. Even when we enter His presence, our prayer can feel scattered, unfocused, or strained.
100 Holy Hours for Women provides a clear, structured path forward. With one hundred guided Eucharistic meditations, this book equips women to pray with intention, recollection, and depth before Our Lord truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.
Originally composed as a formation guide for religious sisters, this work delivers profound spiritual insight grounded in Sacred Scripture and Eucharistic theology. Each meditation is built on a single verse of Scripture, drawing the reader into deeper understanding and then leading her into personal examination and prayer.
Whether you are a mother, a single woman, or a consecrated religious, this book serves as a practical companion for cultivating a disciplined, intimate relationship with Christ in the Eucharist.
- Follow 100 structured Holy Hours rooted in Sacred Scripture and Eucharistic devotion
- Move from distraction to focused, intentional prayer with guided meditations
- Deepen your understanding of the Eucharist through Scripture-based reflection
- Examine your soul and grow in virtue through directed questions and prayers
- Learn to imitate Our Lady and the angels in perfect adoration of Christ

100 Holy Hours for Women
I appreciate that Tan publishes works that have not been widely available before. And ones that can be read/used again and again. The leatherette editions complement them, especially if they have been bought for gifting. It's helpful that your monthly and special sales make many titles more affordable so I can make multiple purchases.

Transforming
This powerful little book is probably designed for times of Adoration before our Lord exposed in the Most Blessed Sacrament. I have found these meditations to be especially meaningful when spending time alone; whether I'm gazing at nature or gazing out the window, I can make a holy hour to our Lord. If you thirst FOR HIM you will find great peace within these pages if you slow down and allow these meditations to wash over you. Very powerful.
